The Bellevue Strawberry Festival is proud to support SEAFAIR!
POP THE TOP FOR TOMORROW!
Create your personal time capsule
Visit the Eastside Heritage Center's Mini Museum and use a traditional canning machine to seal a can of your personal memories and "artifacts" for years to come. Bring items from home or find something special at the Festival. There will also be "my favorite things" forms available for you to fill out and include in your time capsule.
A MINI-MUSEUM
Eastside Heritage Center brings history to you! “Go Retro” and discover the Eastside from 50 years ago, with a look-back at the development of Crossroads Shopping Center, the 1962 World’s Fair, and life on the Eastside in the 1960s. Come see eye-catching photos of Bellevue's past and exhibits of early farming equipment.
HISTORIC AGRICULTURAL EXHIBIT & DEMONSTRATIONS
Ever wonder what kind of equipment was used on Eastside farms and in Eastside households in the 1920s and 1930s? Now is your chance to find out! See first-hand the art of spinning wool as was done by the Eastside’s early settlers, demonstrated by members of the Northwest Regional Spinners Association. Other artifact demonstrations by Eastside Heritage Center will include a Cider Press, Grinding Stone and a Vaporizer.
STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL AUTO SHOW Each year we feature vintage & exceptional cars on display as part of the Festival. Learn more about our BECU-sponsored Sunday AUTO SHOW on this page.
There is no charge to enter the festival, or for viewing the auto show, entrance to the Festival grounds, viewing or participating in any of the heritage events, viewing entertainment, or browsing any of the booths.
